RFQ Details

Dear Suppliers,
We are issuing a call for tender for the supply of thousands of laptops to children in Africa. This
project is sponsored by IDP.
Eligible suppliers must have experience in delivering large quantities of laptops and must be able
to provide references of past supplies or similar projects.
The laptops must meet the following minimum specifications:

Processor: Intel Core i3, i5 or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Storage: 256 GB SSD
Battery life: minimum 5 hours
Operating system: Windows 10

Suppliers should provide a quote for the total cost of the laptops, including delivery. In addition to
the quote, suppliers should also provide a detailed plan for the delivery and estimated delivery
time frame.
The deadline for submitting a proposal is March 31, 2023. We encourage all eligible suppliers to
apply.
